All our work is funded through membership dues and donations. Friends of Turkmenistan is a 100% volunteer run organization. Our purpose is to:
- Promote peace and understanding between the people of the United States and Turkmenistan.
- Promote interest and awareness in the culture and issues of the people of Turkmenistan and Central Asia.
- Support sustainable development projects for the people of Turkmenistan.
